Shipping Policy

In Bloom Floral Art deliver 7 days a week to metro Adelaide between 9am-5pm. Sunday and Public Holiday delivery rates apply.

​

Same day delivery from Monday to Thursday is available if your order is successfully placed before 11am in the recipient’s time zone. Orders will be delivered on the day required between 9am-5pm, however if unforeseen circumstances arise you will be notified when delivery won’t be possible to arrange another delivery option.

​

We will send you a text message with photo once your order has been delivered. Please ensure that your mobile number is entered correctly so that you receive the text. Please note that texts will not be received by overseas or landline numbers. 

If no-one is home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe, secure location near the front door.

​

If you do not want us to leave the flowers if no one will be at home, please advise us when you are placing your order. If you require a second delivery, there will be a redelivery charge, but you will be contacted and advised of the cost, to get your approval to re-deliver them, and to find out if there are additional delivery instructions for the second delivery.

​

We reserve the right to not leave flowers at a delivery address when the weather is forecast to be over 30 degrees celsius as this will compromise their quality.

​

Orders unable to be left will be returned to In Bloom Floral Art studio to await instructions for redelivery from the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy

​

Thank you for your purchase at In Bloom Floral Art.

​

We always do our best to send exactly what is ordered, but due to seasonal fluctuations and availability, particular flowers may sometimes need to be substituted.

​

Any substitutions will be made with a similar value/style of flower. For example, if a particular flower is not available, it will be replaced with another flower that is of similar or greater value.

​

Returns may be possible so long as the flowers delivered are still in the same condition as they were delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with the flowers that are delivered  please let us know within 24 hours, and if your dissatisfaction is any fault of ours, we will be happy to organise a replacement delivery for you.

​

Once we have been advised, we will deliver your replacement flowers and collect the original flowers within 24 hours. Flowers are extremely delicate and perishable products and our flowers are handled with the utmost care we are capable of providing at all times. Flowers not within our care after 24 hours unfortunately will NOT be replaced or refunded due to them being potentiallly exposed to circumstances that may have damaged the flowers. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product to assist with the assessment of an offer of replacement or refund. If an item is replaced or refunded, the original item must be available for return.

We are not able to provide a refund for delivery if you have provided incorrect delivery details. If the delivery details you have provided are incorrect you may be charged an additional delivery fee for redelivery to the correct address.

If you need to cancel or alter your order please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel an order for flowers that have already been delivered.

​

We comply with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults/defects.
